Group Senior BI Lead
Drive Group-wide data architecture, lead talented engineers, and build scalable data solutions that support all B2 Impact markets.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Group BI Lead to strengthen our Business Intelligence capabilities across markets and design and deliver BI solutions that empower decision-makers with actionable insights. You will combine strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs, ensuring that data-driven solutions create measurable value across the organisation.
What you will do
- Develop and implement BI solutions that support informed, value-creating decision-making.
- Act as the primary contact for business stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating needs into effective BI solutions.
- Mentor a distributed community of BI professionals, promoting collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance
- Drive best practices in BI development, data modelling, and visualisation.
- Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to ensure seamless integration between data platforms and BI tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Stay up to date with BI trends and continuously improve tools, processes, and methodologies.
Your profile
- Strong alignment with the company's values: Agility, Integrity, Diversity, Excellence, Responsibility (AIDER).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in BI solution design and delivery, preferably in a consulting environment or similar, where performance is measured by value generated.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Technical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and/or other visualisation platforms.
- Expertise in designing efficient and scalable data models.
- Strong command of SQL, DBT and preferably DAX.
- Experience connecting BI tools to various data sources (cloud, on-premise).
- Programming knowledge in Python.
- Experience using Airflow/ADF or other similar orchestration tools.
- Experience working with Delta Lake and Polars, or other high-performance data processing libraries

Location: This role will ideally be located close to our office in Gothenburg, Oslo or Copenhagen. The role allows for remote work, but will also require some in-office presence.
